1. Introduction

Welcome to Campusian Shop, the university-based multivendor marketplace connecting students, sellers, and buyers across all public and private universities in Bangladesh. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

Sellers and buyers must be current students, staff, or alumni of a recognized university in Bangladesh. Registration requires valid university identification or approved verification.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information during signup. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Campusian Shop reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for suspicious or fraudulent activity.

4. Marketplace Use

Users must comply with university rules, Bangladeshi law, and Campusian Shop policies. Prohibited products include (but are not limited to): illegal items, weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, restricted digital content, and any item violating community guidelines.

5. Payments & Fees

Buyers pay securely through supported payment methods. Sellers may be subject to subscription fees or transaction commissions based on their package (Basic, Pre-Seller Offer, Standard, Premium). Campusian Shop reserves the right to update fees with prior notice.

6. Deliveries & Transactions

Sellers are responsible for timely delivery of physical products or digital services. Disputes between buyer and seller should first be resolved between the parties. If unresolved, Campusian Shop may intervene at its discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

Sellers retain ownership of their content and product listings but grant Campusian Shop a license to display, promote, and distribute within the marketplace. Unauthorized use of Campusian Shop's branding, logo, or system is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Campusian Shop acts only as an online platform and is not responsible for product quality, damages, or losses resulting from transactions. Users agree to hold Campusian Shop harmless from disputes, claims, or liabilities.

9. Termination

Campusian Shop may suspend or terminate accounts that violate policies or damage community trust. Users may request account deletion at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Bangladesh.
